Terms of delivery

General

Putinki Oy, business ID: FI10409424, address: Hämeentie 135, 00530 Helsinki; sells products to companies and private individuals of legal age in Finland. These terms of delivery apply to ordering products in our online store and similar deliveries.

Our delivery conditions are valid from 23.03.2020. We can change the delivery conditions unilaterally from time to time, so please familiarize yourself with our delivery conditions in advance every time you order products from our online store.

 

Products and product prices

The characteristics and prices of the online store's products are presented in connection with the product presentation of each product. We reserve the right to change prices and delivery costs, so please check prices from the shopping cart before you accept the order. The prices of the products are subject to value added tax, which is shown in the shopping cart and in the order confirmation.

 

Shipping costs

The shipping costs that may be charged for the order depend on the product itself (e.g. weight, packaging) and the chosen delivery method, and they are automatically added to the total amount of the order. You can see the shipping costs charged for your order (if shipping costs are charged) in your shopping cart before you accept the order.

Ordering and contract

You can order products on the homepage of our online store by moving them to the shopping cart and confirming the order and paying for the contents of the shopping cart in the payment service. When ordering from our online store, you are required to familiarize yourself with and agree to our delivery conditions valid at any given time. You understand that your order, which you have accepted and confirmed by us, is, except for what is mentioned later about the right of cancellation, binding and creates a contract between us with these terms of delivery.

 

Payment and payment methods

You can pay for your order in the online bank, with the most common credit cards or with mobile payment (Mobilepay).

Payment service provider
Paytrail Oyj (2122839-7) operates as the payment intermediary service provider and in cooperation with Finnish banks and credit institutions. Paytrail Oyj appears as the recipient of the payment on the bank statement or card invoice and forwards the payment to the merchant. Paytrail Oyj has a payment institution license. In cases of complaints, we ask that you first contact the supplier of the product.

Order and payment confirmation

After a successful order, an order confirmation will be sent to your e-mail, so you enter your e-mail address when you place the order. The payment method used is also confirmed in the order confirmation.

If for some unexpected reason we cannot confirm your order, we will notify you by email as soon as possible.

Delivery method (Finland)

We deliver your order primarily with the delivery method mentioned in the shopping cart, which you choose when placing your order.
The delivery methods are Little Parcel
(distributed directly to the home with letters) , a package to a Posti or Postnord pick-up point, and a package to your home or company. If the delivery of the Little Package does not fit in the mailbox or mailbox, Posti will deliver it to the local post office for collection.

Large posters are always delivered in a roll in a cardboard tube. If there are other products in the order that do not fit in the tube, the delivery will be in two parts.

 

Delivery time (Finland)

The order leaves our warehouse within 1-3 business days of the order confirmation. We deliver via Posti, and Posti's own estimates for different delivery methods vary from two to four business days. Please note that there may be delays in Posti's delivery during exceptional circumstances and seasons, such as Christmas. Posti informs about exceptions on its own website. Pickup points keep packages for only 7 days. Please pick up the package on time so it doesn't get returned to us! During high season, the package may be diverted to an alternative pick-up point if the pick-up point you chose is full.

 

Delivery abroad

In addition to Finland, we also deliver to Sweden, Denmark, Germany, Austria, the Netherlands, Belgium, France, Luxembourg, Poland, Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania.
The delivery methods are PostNord MyPack Collect (€14.90), which is delivered to the customer's chosen pick-up point, or PostNord MyPack Home (€12.00), which is delivered to the customer's home.

 

Right of cancellation and return conditions

If you are a consumer, you have the right according to the Finnish Consumer Protection Act to cancel the order by notifying us of this no later than 14 days after receiving the goods or the last batch of goods or, if it is a matter of regular delivery of goods, receiving the first batch of goods.

The return notification must be made clearly, for example by sending a message to the e-mail address verkkokauppa@putinki.fi or with a written notification that you submit with the returned item.
NOTE! Not picking up the package is not enough, but the return must also be notified in writing!

The right of cancellation applies only to products, not to delivery costs or services. The products to be returned must be in their original packaging, unused and well packed for return shipping. If the returned product has been used contrary to the buyer's statutory duty of care, the company has the right to charge a discount up to the full price of the product, including return costs.

If the transaction is cancelled, the goods must be returned without delay and no later than 14 days after making the cancellation notice to our Return address mentioned below. If necessary, the returner must prove that the goods have been returned within the deadline, for example with a return receipt. The returner must pay the costs incurred for the return. These costs will not be reimbursed to the returner.

Accordingly, we will return the money you paid for the order without delay in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act. The return should be sent directly to our return address, not to a nearby vending machine.

Transmission check, error and problem situations

Please check the delivery as soon as you receive it. If the product has been lost or damaged during transport or otherwise does not correspond to your order or is incorrect, please report it to our Customer Service as soon as possible and at the latest within 14 days, and we will agree on how to get the error corrected. In the consumer store, we comply with the mandatory error liability provisions of the Consumer Protection Act regarding errors.

Limitation of liability

Putinki Oy is not responsible for any indirect or direct or other damage related to the order, delivery or product or caused by any of the above, except until a mandatory provision in the Consumer Protection Act or other mandatory law has stipulated otherwise with regard to the damage in question.

 

Disagreements

We try to settle any disagreements regarding your order primarily by agreement, so please contact our Customer Service first to settle the matter.

If the disagreement regarding the sales contract cannot be resolved through negotiations between the parties, the consumer can refer the matter to the Consumer Disputes Board ( www.kuluttajariita.fi ) for resolution. Before taking the case to the Consumer Disputes Board, the consumer must contact the magistrates' consumer advisory service ( www.kuluttajaneuvonta.fi ).
