Whistleblowing

We want to operate responsibly, transparently, and reliably; therefore, we have a whistleblowing channel in use. The whistleblowing channel is a tool for confidentially reporting suspected misconduct or other violations. The reporting channel can be used to report irresponsible behavior or misconduct observed at Putinki Art Oy. We address observed discrepancies as quickly as possible.

Behind the button below, you will find a link to our parent company Tradeka's reporting form, where you can report observations and suspicions. Observations should be described as precisely as possible on the form. You can also add attachments, such as images, to the report. The report is anonymous by default, but the reporter can choose to leave their contact information.

Processing is confidential in all cases, and the service used by Tradeka is protected and encrypted. The channel does not store any information that could identify the sender of the message. To ensure confidentiality, the channel is provided by an external service provider. The reporter receives an anonymous username and password, which they can later use to log in to the service and communicate with the report handlers.

Anyone who suspects misconduct, whether an employee or an affiliate of Putinki Art Oy, such as a partner, can make a report. The reporter does not need to have proof of suspected wrongdoing; instead, designated, independent individuals will initiate an investigation into the case.
