Whistleblowing

We want to act responsibly, transparently and reliably; that's why we have a whistleblowing notification channel at our disposal. The whistleblowing channel is a tool for confidential reporting of suspected abuse or other violations. The notice channel can be used to report detected irresponsible activity or abuse at Putinki Oy. We deal with detected deviations as quickly as possible.

Behind the button below, there is a link through which you can access our parent company Tradeka's notification form, where you can report observations and doubts. Observations are reported on the form as accurately as possible. You can also add attachments, such as pictures, to the announcement. The notification is basically anonymous, but if desired, the notifier can leave his own contact information.

In all cases, the processing is confidential and the service used by Tradeka is protected and encrypted. The channel does not store information that could be used to identify the sender of the message. To guarantee confidentiality, the channel is provided by an external service provider. The notifier receives an anonymous username and password, which he can later use to log into the service and communicate with the notification handlers.

Any employee who suspects abuse or a member of Putinki Oy's stakeholder group, such as a partner, can make a report. The whistleblower does not need to have evidence of a suspected violation, but appointed, independent persons initiate the investigation of the case.

Please note that the reporting channel is only intended for reporting suspected abuse. The channel is not intended for other contacts, giving customer feedback or advertising.
