The beautiful playing card illustrations from Roomytown are based on ornithologist Robert Ridgway's 1886 work "Nomenclature of Colours", which was originally used to standardise the colour descriptions of birds. Roomytown's design team in Bath, England, has individually designed each card using a wide range of Ridgway's colours. The deck includes 52 standard cards and 2 jokers. Packaged in a stylish, pull-out box, this deck of cards also makes a wonderful gift idea.
