The Promarker 6 Skyscape set consists of sky shades Storm Cloud, Verdigris, Cade Blue, Cloud Blue, Pebble Blue, and Pale Blossom. The Promarker 6 Skin Tones set is designed especially for portrait drawing. The assortment includes shades Almong, Burnt Sienna, Dusky Pink, Blush, Praline, and Saddle Brown. Promarker markers were originally designed for comic and manga drawing, but due to their excellent ink quality, they are also great for coloring drawings and stamped patterns, as well as for other drawing purposes. The Promarker ink flow is smooth, and the coloring blends seamlessly, resulting in a "streak-free" and neat finish. The markers have two different nibs: a narrower drawing nib for precise work and a wider, chisel-tipped coloring nib. Additional effects can be created on top of dried marker surfaces with either Promarker markers of different shades or watercolor pencils, ink pens, paint markers, or any color with enough pigment to cover the Promarker ink. Promarker markers are non-toxic and alcohol-based. The markers are not acid-free, so they are not recommended for use with photographs. Markers should be stored horizontally, with the cap carefully closed. When stored horizontally, the ink inside the marker is evenly distributed to both ends, ensuring both nibs are ready for use immediately. When stored correctly and used on suitable paper, the colors last a long time, and the marker nibs do not "fray".
